Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- ½ cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon soda
- 2 cups dates
Directions
- Beat all to-gether until creamy. Bake in loaf pan in 350 degree oven about 35 minutes.
