Mincemeat Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c shortening
• 1½ c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp Soda
• ½ tsp Salt
• 1⅓ c or 14 oz or (16 oz Pint) Mincemeat

Directions

1. Bake at 375°
2. Cream shortening + sugar, add eggs, beat well
3. Gradually Add Combined ingredient. Mix well
4. Stir in mince meat. Drop by tsp on greased sheet 2“ apart. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned
