Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup shortening
• 1 egg
• 1 cup sour milk
• 2 level teaspoons soda
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 cups flour
• 1 orange + 1 cup raisins ground

Directions

1. Bake in 350 oven about 30 min.
