Ham Pie Crust

Yield: (3 - 9“)

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 eggs
• 2 ½ tbsp crisco
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 3 or 4 tbsp water; melted butter

Directions

1. mix eggs & crisco together. At end add 3 or 4 tbsp water - cut in flour - put melted butter on top while baking
