Salad Dressing (Aunt Frances)

From Aunt Frances.

Ingredients

• 1 egg - beaten
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp. flour
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. butter

Directions

1. Mix in order given stirring after each addition.
2. Cook until thick. Cool before using.
3. Cook over low heat for about 5 min.
