Pineapple Cookies

Ingredients

• ½ C w sugar
• ½ C b sugar
• ½ C shortening
• 1 egg - beat each separate.
• 2 C flour
• ½ t salt
• ½ t soda
• ½ t vanilla
• ½ C drained crushed pineapple

Directions

1. Cream - add yolk then fold in white then rest of ing.
