Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup peanut butter; 1/4 cup shortening; 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar; 1 cup flour.
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 egg, well beaten
• 1 teasp. baking powder, sifted with flour.

Directions

1. Make small balls on greased cookie sheet.
2. Press flat with fork.
3. Bake in 375° oven about 10-15 minutes
