Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 egg well beaten
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder sifted with flour

Directions

1. Make small balls on greased cookie sheet. Press flat with fork
2. Bake in 375° oven about 10-15 minutes
