From Recipe from Lady Wile - April 1972.

Yield: 12 pot. pancakes

Ingredients

• 2 Eggs
• 1/4 C milk
• 1/2 small onion - cut in pcs
• 1/4 C flour
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• dash salt - pepper
• 4 med. potatoes - peeled - cut in pcs.

Directions

1. Blend ingredients w/ 1/2 pots until coarse
2. Add remaining pots -
3. lightly grease pan.
