Baked Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 5 tps cocoa
• 1/2 tps salt
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tps vanilla
• 2 tbl melted butter
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 6 tbl cocoa
• 1 3/4 cups boiling water

Directions

1. Sift flour measure and sift with salt, sugar and baking powder and cocoa. Combing shortening, vanilla and milk. Add to dry ingredients. Beat well and add nuts. Pour into well greased pan cover with cocoa mix and pour over this 1 3/4 cups boiling water Bake in 350 over for 40 min or about that time.
