Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 1/2 cups peanut Butter
• sugar, unmeasured, for rolling
• 2/3 cup packed light Brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tablespoon milk
• 2 teaspoon Vanilla
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 2 teaspoon Baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Beat shortening & Peanut Butter
2. Add sugars Beat until fluffy
3. (Sift Flour BSoda & salt. together); Bake: 8-10 min.
4. Add milk & Vanilla & egg.
5. Beat Well.
6. Add flour mixer to peanut Butter mixer and mix.
7. Shape into 1 inch Balls. Roll in sugar
