Arwilda’s edits

Arwilda’s note: The original wording is obscured; the final visible text is “minutes”. Crossed-out word between 25-30 and minutes is unreadable. Arwilda’s note: Changed “Unreadable original wording near shrimp quantity; final 2 # lbs” to “2 # [Tablespoon crossed out; lbs inserted] deveined peeled cooked medium Shrimp”. Record Tablespoon as the readable deleted text and lbs as the insertion. Preserve the visible pound-sign notation without normalization. Arwilda’s note: Changed “Unreadable original wording beside final cubed” to “cube crossed out; cubed inserted above”. Record cube as the original text and cubed as the final text.

Needs review

Uncertain Betty Shearin: Name is readable, but upper-corner placement leaves role unclear: source, attribution, or annotation. Candidates: “Betty Shearin”.
