Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 3/4 cup oats, uncooked
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° Combine all ingredients; mix well. Press firmly into greased 8x4x3 - inch loaf pan.
