Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup pumpkin
• 2 1/2 cup sifted flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup nuts

Directions

1. Cream shortening sugar and add eggs beat. mix vanilla & pumpkin
2. Sift Dry ingredients. Stir in raisins & nuts
3. Bake at 350° - 8 to 10 minutes

• 8 to 10 minutes

Temperature

• 350°
