Beet Pickles

Ingredients

• 1 qt Beet Juice
• 1 qt Vinegar
• 1 qt sugar
• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cloves.
• clean Beets

Directions

1. Cook clean Beets until just tender.
2. Peel - Dice or slice thin.

4. Cold pack 15 min
