Amazin Raisin Cake.

Ingredients

• 3 cups unsifted flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 3 cups chopped peeled apples
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• Grease & flour pan; frost with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting

Directions

1. Grease & flour pan. In large bowl with mixer at low speed beat first 10 ingredients 2 min. scraping bowl often. Batter will be very thick with spoon stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Spoon batter into pan.
2. Bake in 350° oven. 45 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool frost with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting.
