• 4 cups flour;

• I cup dates, ground;
• I cup nut meats, cut real fine or ground;
• ½ cup water;
• ½ cup sugar;

Directions

1. Divide the dough and roll thin, spread on the filling, roll up an place in refrigerator until cold and firm. Slice and bake in 350-degree oven (or 325 degreeoven as they scorch quickly).
2. Cook all together for about 10 minutes or until thick.
