- Take 1 flour Tortilla … Take another Tortilla
- egg & water
- chopped green onions
- oil
Directions
- Take 1 flour Tortilla - brush it with egg & water - put chopped green onions in middle.
- Take another Tortilla. Brush it - press together the 2 with egg on inside. They will stick together - fry in oil.
- Leave tortilla pressed under something heavy for awhile; before frying.
