Ingredients

• the measured ingredients plus additional cold water used for the hard-ball test

Directions

1. Boil sugar & water, stir till sugar is dissolved & forms hard ball in cold water test.
2. Beat egg white in mix bowl. add syrup slowly - beating at speed 8 till thick & glossy
3. add nuts - drop by spoon on wax paper.
