• the four syrup ingredients plus an unquantified amount of beets

Directions

1. Cook clean beets until tender;
2. (Save the juice for syrup)
3. Peel - Dice or slice then pour the liquid over them,
4. Bring to just a boil and can.
5. process 10 min.
