Unbaked Oatmeal Cookies

Yield: Makes 3½ dz; Double is a separate scaling annotation; an earlier 4 dozen is crossed out

Ingredients

• 3 cups Quick Oatmeal
• 6 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup coconut is crossed out
• ½ cup chopped nuts
• ½ cup Oleo
• ½ cup milk
• 2 cups sugar

Directions

1. mix in bowl
2. Boil together 1 min.
3. Immediately add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4. Drop by teaspoon full on wax paper until cool.

Timing

• boil together 1 minute; leave dropped cookies until cool.

Temperature

• boiling, then cooling
