Rich Chse. Frosting
Ingredients
- 1½ C sifted conf. sugar
- 3 oz. Chse. melted
- salt
- 2½ T hot water
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ t vanilla
- ¼ C soft butter
Directions
- add half sugar to chse. mix well, add water & remaining sugar. beat in egg yolks grad. add vanilla & butter & beat.
Temperature
- cheese melted; water hot; butter soft
Equipment
- mixing bowl and beater or electric mixer
