Molasses Layer Cake.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup molasses; 1/2 cup buttermilk; 2 cups sifted flour
• 4 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon; 1 teaspoon Cloves; 1 teaspoon soda
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. Make in moderate oven, (325 or 350)
2. until done, Top with white 4X frosting
