Golden Apple Puff

Ingredients

• 2 cups sifted Flour
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• ½ tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Nutmeg
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ½ tsp Vanilla
• 1 ½ cup diced Apple
• sugar

Directions

1. Sift to-gether
2. Beat 2 Eggs until light add 1 cup milk
3. Blend in: Sifted dry ingredients. Add 1 ½ cup diced Apple.
4. Drop by tsbl in hot fat 375
5. Roll in sugar

• hot fat 375

• sifter, mixing bowl, egg beater or whisk, measuring tools, mixing spoon, tablespoon, deep frying pot or fryer, frying thermometer, draining tools, and sugar-rolling vessel
