• 4 Tblsp or 1/3 cup cocoa
• 2 cup sugar
• 2 cup flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 6 Tblsp milk
• 4 Tblsp cocoa
• 1 stick oleo
• 1 lb box 4X sugar

Directions

2. mix well
