Wacky Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 6 tablespoon cocoa
• 2 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cups cooking oil
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 teaspoon Vanilla
• 2 cups cold water

Directions

1. Sift: 3 cups flour; 2 cups sugar; 6 tablespoon cocoa; 2 teaspoon soda; 1 teaspoon salt
2. Add: 2/3 cups cooking oil; 2 tablespoon vinegar; 2 teaspoon Vanilla; 2 cups cold water
3. Mix altogether, (Don’t over beat)
4. Put in greased & flour 9 x 13 x 2 or 2-9 inch Rd or 2-8 inch pans.
5. Bake 350° 30-35 minutes or tooth pick comes out clean.

Temperature

• 2 cups cold water; Bake 350°
