Golden Apple Puff

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ½ tsp Vanilla
• 1 cup diced apples
• sugar

Directions

1. Sift together
2. Beat 2 eggs until light.
3. Add 1 cup milk + ½ tsp Vanilla.
4. Blend in dry ingredients.
5. Add 1 cup diced apples.
6. Drop by Tablespoon in Hot fat (375). Roll in sugar.
