Jello Frosting
Ingredients
- 3 T jello (lime, lemon, cherry)
- 1 egg white
- ½ C sugar
- ⅛ t cream tartar
- 2 T water
Directions
- Put in double boiler - place over hot water & beat w electric beater until holds stiff peaks. Remove from water & beat 1 min. longer.
Timing
- beat until holds stiff peaks; after removing from water, beat 1 min. longer
Temperature
- place over hot water
