Unbaked Oatmeal Cookie

Yield: Make 2½ doz

Ingredients

• 3 cups Quick Oatmeal
• 6 tablespoon cocoa
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1/2 cup coconut
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts - (optional)
• 1/2 cup Oleo
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 cups sugar

Directions

1. Mix in bowl
2. Boil to-gether 1 min
3. Immediately add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4. Drop by teaspoon full on wax paper until cold.

• Boil to-gether 1 min; until cold

• Boil to-gether; until cold

• mixing bowl and utensil, saucepan, teaspoon or #40 ice cream scoop, wax paper

Notes

• I use a #40 ice cream scoop.
• Very good.
