- 3/4 cups Oat. (uncooked)
- 1 egg Beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon garlic.

- 1 1/2 cups oats

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients mix Well.
- Press firmly into ungreased 8 x 4 x 2 loaf Pan.
- Bake at 350 about 1 hour.
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
