Pineapple Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup crushed pineapple drained
• 1/3 cup pineapple juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoon milk
• 2teaspoon baking powder
• 2 1/2 cups flour

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, pineapple and juice. Add flour, vanilla, milk, and baking powder.
2. Drop by spoon full on a greased baking sheet.
3. Bake in 400-410 oven about 10-12 minutes.
