HOT CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

• 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
• 2 cups chopped celery
• 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
• 1 tbsp. onion juice
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• salt - pepper
• pinch nutmeg
• ovenready biscuits and small slices of cheese are also used in the method

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and heat slowly, tossing occasionally.
2. Serve over ovenready biscuits.
3. Top with small slice of cheese; place under broiler for a few seconds.
