Ingredients

• 4 cups sugar (brown)
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup water

Directions

1. Cook in 2 quart saucepan with candy thermometer. over high heat, heat first 5 ingredients until boiling and sugar is dissolved Stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking
