Clear Tote two-card partial card
Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar (brown)
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
Directions
- 1) Cook in 2 quart saucepan with candy thermometer. over high heat, heat first 5 ingredients until boiling and sugar is dissolved Stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking
Equipment: 2 quart saucepan; candy thermometer
