- sugar; cornstarch; salt; vinegar; water; orange rind; orange juice; beets; butter
Directions
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, and water in saucepan.
- Bring to boil over medium heat.
- stirring until thick and clear stir in orange rind and juice then beets.
- Heat through, add butter and stir until melted.
