Wesson Jiffy Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Wesson Oil
• 3/4 cup chopped onions
• 3/4 cup tomato ketchup
• 3/4 cup water
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoon prepared mustard
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/3 cup lemon juice

Directions

1. Cook onions until soft in hot Wesson oil.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.

Timing

• simmer 15 minutes

Notes

• lemon juice may be omited if you wish.
