Last Zucchini Bread recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 teas salt
• 3/4 “ baking powder
• 1/2 “ baking soda - (1/2 of it)
• 1 1/2 “ cinnamon
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 + 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup unpeeled grated zucchini
• 1/4 orange peeled & chopped.
• 1 1/2 tea vanilla
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 1/2 “ raisins

Equipment

• Pyrex; cake pan; toaster oven
