Directions
- Wash small new Potatoes, boil Without removing the skins, When cold peel. Dip in milk, roll in fine cracker crumbs; Brown in Butter. Serve piping hot
- When cold, cut in slices, roll in fine cracker crumbs;
Temperature
- boil; cold; piping hot
