Ingredients

• ¼ c. sugar; ½ tsp. vanilla; ¼ tsp. peppermint extract; a few drops red coloring; ½ c. finely crushed peppermint stick candy; remaining Vanilla Ice Cream ingredients not repeated

Directions

1. In the Vanilla Ice Cream recipe reduce the sugar to ¼ c. and the vanilla to ½ tsp. Add ¼ tsp. peppermint extract and a few drops red coloring. After you’ve beaten the mush, add ½ c. finely crushed peppermint stick candy.
