Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies

Yield: 2½ doz.

Ingredients

• 1 pack Duncan hines Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
• 3/4 cup quick cooking oats; 1/3 cup cooking Oil
• 1/4 cup Brown sugar
• 1 TABLE. milk.
• 1 egg.

Directions

1. Preheat oven 375° 8-10 minutes
2. Wash blueberries; drain on paper towel
3. In a medium bowl combine all but blueberries; mix well.
4. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased Cookie Sheet. Push dough from sides to cover
5. Make a deep depression in the center of each cookie and fill with 7-8 well drained blueberries.
6. Push dough from sides to cover.
