Carrot Cake

From Given to Mom by neighbor.

Ingredients

• 2 cups sifted Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Power
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 cup Salad Oil
• 2 cups Sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup butter
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 package confectimer sugar
• 1 tsp Nvanilla
• 2 cups finely grat[cut off] carrots in the method; 1 tsp Baking Power; 1 package confectimer sugar; 1 tsp Nvanilla

Directions

1. Sift to-gether
2. Combine
3. mix well add one at a time
4. mix well add one at a time / Beat well after each add it im. gradually add dry ingredients. mixing well.
5. Turn into 3/8 inch cake pans which have been greased and flour.
6. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 min.
7. Icing
8. Beat until bright
9. Add 1 package confectimer sugar
