Pineapple rice Cream
Yield: serves 4.
Ingredients
- 2 C cooked rice
- 1 C drained crushed pineapple
- ½ C sugar
- 1 C heavy stiffly whipped Cream
Directions
- Mix rice, pineapple, sugar - Chill
- Fold in whipped Cream & serve in sherbet glasses
