Oyster Stuffing
Yield: enough to fill 14 lb. turkey
Ingredients
- 3 qt bread crumbs
- 4 t salt
- ½ t pepper
- 1 pt to 1 qt small oysters (whole ones)
- 3/4 C oyster liquor + stock or milk
- ½ C butter melted
- 1½ T parsley
- 3 C diced celery
- ⅔ C onions
Directions
- Fill 14 lb. turkey
