Ingredients

• dry ingredients; eggs; oil; sugar; zucchini; orange; vanilla; raisin; nuts

Directions

1. Preheat oven 325°.
2. Sift dry ingredients together.
3. In a large bowl beat the eggs until light + frothy.
4. Add oil and sugar to eggs + beat.
5. Add zucchini - orange - vanilla. mix by hand.
6. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in raisin ? nuts.
7. Greased loaf pans 2/3 full.
8. 1 1/2 hours bake - Cool - remove from pans.
