Pine apple Pie

Ingredients

• 2 Tablespoon corn starch
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup crushed pineapple
• 3 Tablespoon butter
• 1/2 cup water
• 3 egg yolks - Beaten
• 1/2 cup cream - Whipped
• seven listed ingredients plus baked pie shell and egg White named on the reverse

Directions

1. mix together
2. add to filling.
3. Stir all together in sauce pan,
4. Cook until thickened.
5. Pour into baked pie shell.
6. Beat egg White for Meringue

Temperature

• Cook until thickened
