Pine apple Pie

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon corn starch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 3 Tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 egg yolks - Beaten
- 1/2 cup cream - Whipped
- seven listed ingredients plus baked pie shell and egg White named on the reverse
Directions
- mix together
- add to filling.
- Stir all together in sauce pan,
- Cook until thickened.
- Pour into baked pie shell.
- Beat egg White for Meringue
Temperature: Cook until thickened
