Directions
- Combine beef, pork, dry bread crumbs, milk, beaten egg, onion and salt. Using ½ cup meat mixture, form it into rolls about 7 inches long. Place rolls into a greased, flat baking dish. Combine catsup, vinegar, water, chili powder, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Heat to boiling and pour over meat rolls. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 1 hour. To serve: insert a hot meat roll in each sliced bun.
