Rocky Road Frosting

Ingredients

• 6 oz. semi sweet choc.
• 1 C sifted conf. sugar
• 5 T light cream (scalded)
• ¼ t Vanilla
• 4 marshmallows cut in 8 th’s.
• ⅓ C walnuts

Directions

1. melt choc over hot water.
2. Beat in sugar alt. cream.
3. Add vanilla-marsh-mells.

Timing

• melt choc over hot water

Temperature

• light cream (scalded); hot water; melt choc

Equipment

• cream-scalding vessel; hot-water or double-boiler setup; mixing bowl and beater

• 1/3 C walnuts appears in the ingredient list but no direction says when to add it
