Rocky Road Frosting

Ingredients
- 6 oz. semi sweet choc.
- 1 C sifted conf. sugar
- 5 T light cream (scalded)
- ¼ t Vanilla
- 4 marshmallows cut in 8 th's.
- ⅓ C walnuts
Directions
- melt choc over hot water.
- Beat in sugar alt. cream.
- Add vanilla-marsh-mells.
Timing: melt choc over hot water
Temperature: light cream (scalded); hot water; melt choc
Equipment: cream-scalding vessel; hot-water or double-boiler setup; mixing bowl and beater
Notes
- 1/3 C walnuts appears in the ingredient list but no direction says when to add it
