Texas Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1/2 pound ground beef (browned
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- Red pepper to taste,
- the listed ingredients plus a little water used to rinse the soup can
Directions
- Turn soup into Kettle, rinse can with little water and add other ingredients, Mix well and cook slowly until mixture thickens, removing bay leaves before serving sauce.
